Refund Policy

At VSV Logix, we prioritize delivering your project on time and ensuring that all measures are taken to meet your expectations. However, there are certain conditions  under which this refund policy applies.

Refund Eligibility:

1. Failure to Meet Requirements: If VSV Logix fails to deliver your project as per the agreed-upon requirements, you are eligible for a refund after deducting the processing fee and other necessary charges.
2. Written Confirmation: All refund requests must be submitted in writing by the client. The maximum time to process the refund request is 90 days.
3. Direct Services Only: Refunds are applicable only for services directly offered by VSV Logix.
4. Exclusions: No refund will be provided for third-party payments such as Domains, Hosting, Bulk SMS, SMM, SEM, etc.

Non-Refundable Situations:

1. Client Non-Support: If the client fails to provide the necessary content, images, or other information required for the project’s design and development, no refund will be issued.
2. Lack of Communication: If the project remains stagnant for more than 45 days due to a lack of communication from the client, it will be automatically rejected without any refund.
3. Third-Party Tools: Projects not provided with third-party tools for more than 30 days will be automatically rejected without any refund.

Liability:

All services provided by VSV Logix are without warranty. The company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, as these depend on third-party factors. VSV Logix shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website, services, and/or products provided. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, business interruption, loss of data, or other losses directly resulting from the use of the website, services, and/or products provided. While we strive to offer uninterrupted services, the client assumes all risks related to the quality and performance of the web design.

Credit for Projects:

VSV Logix reserves the right to display the company title and a hyperlink on all web pages designed by us. By assigning your project to VSV Logix, you agree to this condition. If you wish to have our label removed, you must seek our assistance. This condition remains valid as long as you use our codes or work produced by us. Once another agency takes over the project, you have the right to remove our label.

Payment Mode:

We accept payments via online and offline methods. Please refer to our Payment Method page for detailed information.

For payments below Rs. 1,00,000, 100% advance payment is required. For payments above Rs. 1,00,000, the payment schedule is as follows:

• • 60% advance payment, including third-party payments.
  • 40% payment one day before project delivery.
